FACULTY/STAFF SWIM PARTY Everyone had a blast with the Coalgate Schools faculty/staff and their families at the back-to-work swim party.

ATTENTION ELEMENTARY STUDENTS/PARENTS Parents please give yourself time when dropping off students, and do not pass cars in line. Safety is our #1 priority. Please park in the parking lot across from the elementary school if walking them to the door. If you’re going to drop off students, please have them ready to exit vehicles when it's your turn. Remember to drive cautiously for the safety of our students. Thank you.

ATTENTION MS AND HS STUDENTS/PARENTS Grab & Go breakfast is not going to be offered this school year for the middle school and high School Students. Traditional breakfast will always be offered to Students from 7:30 AM - 8:00 AM. Please plan accordingly

FOOTBALL PARENTS' MEETING There will be a football parents' meeting on August 12th at 6:00 PM in the gym.

ATTENTION ELEMENTARY PARENTS Parents dropping g off and/or picking up students will, again, do so in front of the Elementary School. I ask you to be patient while in the car line and not to pass other cars. You can park in the Parking lot in front of the Elementary and walk you child to the school if you wish. ONLINE ENROLLMENT BEGINS FRIDAY, JULY 19. Online Enrollment 2024-25 Coalgate Public Schools Online Enrollment is available for RETURING STUDENTS ONLY. New students need to enroll IN PERSON at the appropriate site. There is information that is best communicated in person. In-Person enrollment will be open August 1-2, 2024, according to the following schedule: For Coalgate High School, the enrollment schedule will be as follows: August 1: Seniors/Juniors 9:00 AM - 11:30AM; Sophomores, 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM. August 2: Freshmen, 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM; Open Enrollment for New Students, 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM. For Wallace Byrd Middle School and Emerson Elementary School the schedule will be as follows: August 1 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM; August 2 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. 4TH & 5TH GRADE STEM ACADEMY The 4th and 5th grades were excited to attend a Stem Academy.

SUMMER PRIDE Summer Pride will start Tuesday, May 28th from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM. Summer Pride is open to all male and female athletes in junior high and high school.

2024-25 WILDCAT FOOTBALL SCHEDULE

CONGRATULATIONS, DESTINY Destiny Grant tied for 6th place out of 19 participants in the high jump at the State Track Meet. Congratulations, Destiny!!

MS. GAMMON RETIRING Ms. Gammon stated, "I have taught for 32 years. The last five at Coalgate; the rest at Tushka. I am celebrating my retirement by going on an Alaskan cruise. No concrete plans at this time but looking forward to what the future holds. Many thanks to Coalgate for accepting me into the Wildcat family!!!" We thank her for her dedicated service at Coalgate Schools and pray her retirement is a blessing.
