Cash, Checks or Credit Cards will be accepted. When the jackets are done, R & B will notify you and then deliver them back to the school. The OK Health Dept. and Choctaw Nation are offering OPTIONAL flu shots for staff and students at Coalgate Schools on Tues., Oct. 14, 2025 beginning at the elementary school at 9 am and moving over to MS/HS afterward. If you would like for your child to receive the shot. Please complete the form and send it to the school on that day. If you have any questions or need further information, please call the school.
