We know that many sites are offering to broadcast the games, and it can be difficult to know which to choose. To help with this matter, Coalgate Schools will be hosting the games live on the school's Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/CoalgatePS/ and on our webpage https://coalgatepsok.sites.thrillshare.com. We hop this makes it more convenient to all interested to tune in for what promises to be an exiting season.
SCHOOL PICTURE DAY
School picture day is scheduled for Wednesday, September 6th for all grades 3-11. You can order online or with an order form. The attached picture will have the information for ordering online. If you have questions, please contact Stephanie McNutt at the High School.
GAME TIME CHANGE
The start time for the high school football gamer on Friday, September 1, has been changed to 8:00 P.M.
Coalgate Public Schools will be CLOSED Friday, September 1, for the services for Derby Gearheart. Classes will resume September 5, 2023.
The HS SB game at Latta has been cancelled but the JH will play Latta at home today at 4:30.
SUPERINTENDENT'S OFFICE CLOSURE The Superintendent's office will be closed Thursday, August 31, for out-of-town training.
OUR HEARTS HURT
We have suffered a loss to our school community. This loss is sure to raise many emotions, concerns, and questions for our entire school. especially our students.
Coalgate Schools will have trained professionals to help with th needs of our students and school personnel. They will be available Monday morning.
Oklahoma Mental Health Lifeline is available by calling or texting 988 at any time. This resource will give free and confidential support.

22-23 YEARBOOKS ARE IN!!
The 22-23 yearbooks are in!! The yearbook staff has been delivering to each building so be on the lookout in backpacks. We are having HS sign a sign out sheet for their delivered yearbook. NEW GRANT
Coalgate Public Schools is excited to announce that we have received a grant from the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry. We are thankful to be able to bring local beef to our campus.
Tomorrow's home fastpitch softball game against Wister will be the Varsity team only
as the JV game has been cancelled. The game will begin at 5:30 pm.

21st CENTURY AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM
We are pleased to announce the the 21st Century After School Program will begin on Monday, August 14th. The program will run from 3:30-5:00.

Coalgate Public Schools Online Enrollment is available for RETURING STUDENTS ONLY. New students need to enroll IN PERSON at the appropriate site. There is information that is best communicated in person.
In-Person enrollment will be open August 1-3 from 9:00 AM-3:00 PM at each respective building.

Returning Students K-12
