Dear Coalgate Families and Students,
I am thrilled to introduce myself as a new member of the Coalgate High School faculty! My name is Crystal Keeler, and I’m excited to be teaching Business Math, Financial Literacy, and Computer Science with a focus on essential life skills. I’m passionate about helping students build a strong foundation not only in academics but in practical knowledge that will serve them well throughout life, college, and their future careers.
I bring to the classroom a strong academic and professional background, holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Management, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, and a Business Certificate. My career has included experience in auditing, compliance, entrepreneurship, and leadership—insights I’m excited to share with students in ways that go beyond textbooks and focus on real-world application.
In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I’m proud to be coaching the Middle School Academic Team and may also lead concurrent enrollment courses, offering students the opportunity to earn college credit while still in high school. My goal is to create an engaging, supportive, and empowering classroom environment where students are encouraged to think critically, set meaningful goals, and grow in confidence.
Outside of school, I stay busy running two small businesses, serving as a youth minister, and participating in community and statewide advocacy efforts. My husband, Brandon, and I are proud parents to our redheaded son, Trenton. We love spending time together on our family farm and enjoying all the moments that life brings.
It is truly an honor to be part of the Coalgate community, and I look forward to a fantastic year of learning and growth.
