About Marquetta Lay
I grew up in Norman, Oklahoma. I am currently in my tenth year of teaching at Emerson Elementary School. I really enjoy teaching second grade.
I received a Bachelors of Music Education in 1989 and a Bachelors of Elementary Education in 1995 from the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, Oklahoma.
