Guide to Grammar and Writing Exactly what it says.  Excellent site for finding answers to grammar and writing questions.  Covers the complete writing process.

Encarta Encyclopedia Students can use this site even without a copy of the program.   Excellent material.
Biochemistry Easy Search Tool Indexes educational sites with biological content.  Advanced.
Challenger Central Online Contains educational simulations, activities, news, and information.   Focuses in comets, Mars, Earth, the Moon, International Space Station, the Space Shuttle, space probes, and the Solar System in general.
Virtual Reference Desk Extensive search site.  Search by keyword or by topic.  This site should contain what you need.
Edumaster Homepage Mastermind's homepage.  Contains numerous educational links as well as other information.
Study Web You can search over 73,000 research quality sites.  Do a general search or search a specific category.
Word Central Merriam-Webster site.  Includes a student dictionary and a rhyming dictionary - among other things.
Newberry House Online Dictionary Another online dictionary.  Contains over 40,000 entries.
Homework Heaven Superb site.  One of the three biggest Internet study sites.   Divided into 1st-6th grades, middle and high school, and college.
K-3 Map Adventures K-3 students learn to work with maps.  Site includes lesson plans, adventures, teacher's guides, and reproducibles.  Lots of fun.
Discovery Channel Online Same quality as the TV series.  You can find the latest news, games, articles, and feature stories.
FunBrain A truly fun site.  Full of fun, educational games and activities.   Great site.  I really enjoyed it.
Homework Resources This site has a tremendous amount of useful links, including research topics, dictionaries, spelling, library research, etc.
American Civil War Excellent site for material on the Civil War.  Includes history, pictures, FAQ's, Civil War reenactors, etc.
